Safe, In His Arms (The In His Arms Series Book 1)

Short, sweet, OTT, and sigh-worthy. It was fun to read about Onyx and Gracie, how Onyx was the calming presence for Grace, a sheltered girl who was afraid to leave her apartment after escaping the clutches of her step-mom.

While whimsical, the story is not so much a fairytale retelling of Snow White and the evil step-mom (witch? I’m mixing them up, sorry), it’s like a mash-up of Little Red Riding Hood meeting the big bad wolf (who turns out to be cuddly).

I’m glad to read something different from KL Donn. This shows her diversity as an author, one that I will never get tired of following.

So what am I rambling about? Go ahead, get that one-click finger going! You won’t regret it!
